The DVD explores the theme of light as we might experience it throughout the day. This is a mediation for companionship in the sense that light accompanies us and opens us to the beauty of the world and our own hopes and dreams.
There are six tracks on the DVD which may be played sequentially or individually. The DVD is 8:46 in total length and comes with a Fair Use License to allow it to be used with groups. The music is licensed through royaltyfreemusic.com. The photography is original.
