Previously offered as two different DVDs, both dancing with delight and centering the heart have been combined into one with eight individual tracks. The DVD plays each track by itself and returns to the Menu rather than moving from track to track. The four dancing tracks of the DVD offer light and lively "visual divinas" while the four centering tracks provide the opportunity for focus and quiet.
The DVD comes with a "fair use" license so that the pieces may be used publically with small groups.
The photographs are protected by copyright and the music is fully licensed through royaltyfreemusic.com.
