Shipping and Returns

Shipping.  All orders for the Continental United States are shipped FREE.  Envelopes (reinforced bubble padded mailers) and small packages under 13 oz. are shipped First Class through the U.S. Postal Service unless a specific carrier is requested (in which case, additional shipping charges will apply).  Packages 13 oz. and more are shipped either at Priority Rate Mail or Parcel Post or Media Mail, depending upon size and delivery zone.   At this time, we are only shipping to addresses in the United States unless special arrangements are made.

First Class mail shipped through the U.S. Postal Services usually takes 2-3 days for addresses in the Mid-west.  First Class Shipments to either the  East or West Coasts may take as long as 5-7 days.  Media Mail may take up to 9 days.    Because your Order is custom printed and some drying time is required, you should anticipate our shipping your Order within 2 days of receipt of it.  Indianapolis area residents should see below.

Overnight or Priority Shipping.  If you require overnight or express priority shipping, please place your Order by phone to 1-888-707-6255, as the website is set up for Free Shipping using First Class, Priority Mail, Parcel Post, or Media Mail.

 

Damaged Items.  From time to time packages are going to show up damaged.  If this happens, you should contact us immediately at Contact Us and let us know what is damaged in your shipment. You should keep all original shipping boxes, packing and damaged items until we contact the U.S. Post Office (or other shipper). We will file the claim on your behalf. We may ask you to return the damaged package at our expense so that we may provide it to the U.S. Post Office (or other shipper).  Once the matter is reviewd or the claim is filed, we will ship you a replacement.  Contact  Us  to make arrangements.

Insurance.  Shipments that total $100 or more are insured at our expense through stamps.com, our mailing/shipping program.

 

Returns and Refunds.    We want you to enjoy your shopping experience with us and the Cards or other items you have purchased.   If the Cards or other items do not meet your expectations, we will work with you for a satisfactory solution, including refunds or store credit or exchange.

Payment Methods
Our store is set up to accept most major credit cards (Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express) or PayPal as the method of payment. Payment is due when the order is placed. While established customers may order by email with 15 day Invoicing, Orders will not generally be processed until payment has been received.
